A valid credit card is required prior to booking. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.

No prepayment is needed. Full payment is taken 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Early payment may be required for public holiday bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed until 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Over 'event' periods such as school and public holidays, no cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and New Years Eve bookings, no cancellation is allowed within 30 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel within any of the no cancellation periods you are required to pay 2 nights of your stay as a penalty.
No Show Policy
In case of no show, no refund will be issued.

Amazing stay, one of our favourite trips to date. Home incredibly spacious and comfortable. Every last detail had been thought of to accommodate us. Gorgeous views especially at sunset. Would 1000% recommend to anyone coming to Albany.Needs Improvement
House was as described. Great location and beautiful views. Would stay again. Felt like home away from home. Only very minor (negative) comment is the floor needs a mop, our feet were dirty from walking on it and some dusting of furniture would be good (e.g., bedside tables in master). Please understand this did not detract overall from the nice house and beautiful location. Thank you.
