Overview
3-bedroom fully self-contained beach cottage that sleeps up to 6 people. Urchin Beach Cottage is close to beaches, shopping facilities, Tavern, bakery, chemist and close to bike walk paths along the beach to the Esplanade into town.
Bedroom one has a King size bed and ceiling fan, bedroom two has a queen bed, bedroom three has 2 single beds and a ceiling fan. Large bedrooms have lots of storage space.
The lounge has two comfortable couches, and an easy chair, flat screen TV and DVD player, reverse cycle airconditioning. Dvds, games, books available for guests.
The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
Large fully equipped kitchen.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, the toilet is separate in a large laundry. Laundry has a washing machine, dryer and double sink.
Large front verandah looks out to a walled in front yard, there are two director chairs in dinning area available inside for use on the front verandah. Outdoor undercover area has outdoor dining table and chairs and a BBQ. there is a fully enclosed back yard for dogs to stay with owners approval.
Long driveway alongside the house for off street parking.
Well behaved pets allowed to stay outside only, by prior arrangment.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
If you wish to vary or cancel your Booking please contact us immediately on 0429 920 226 or 0427

Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and you cancel your Booking you will be refunded in
full if more than 30 days notice is given. If less than 30 days but more than 7 then a $100.00 cancellation fee
applies in addition to your deposit. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation the tariff is forfeited in full.
A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be treated as a cancellation of
the Booking in respect of those nights.
A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of guests will be treated as a cancellation of the
Booking in respect of those guests.
An administration charge of $100 will be charged for any variation or cancellation.
If Management is able to relet the Property for the period cancelled a further refund may be made
less administration charges commissions and expenses
We have a minimum nights stay policy of 2 nights except for the following periods: 3 nights for long
weekends and school holidays and 5 nights over summer holiday period and Easter. No refund will be
made for a variation to the extent that it breaches our minimum nights stay policy.

From the Post Office, follow Dempster street going north, towards the Visitor Centre; keep driving along Dempster street, then turn right onto Goldfields Road; drive past the big caravan park (on your left), Urchin Cottage is just a bit further at number 18 Goldfields Road on the right hand side.
