Description

The minor bedrooms are situated in the right-hand wing of the home, leaving the spacious master suite located at the other end of the house, allowing you to feel separate from your guests. With Kangaroos, possums, quendas, magpies, a vast array of parrots and birds visit from the near-by regional parks to ensure nature and tranquillity ooze throughout your stay at Twintrees.

Bedroom 1

This bedroom has an impressive ensuite bathroom complete with beautiful freestanding bath with a view to the back gardens. The view from the bedroom itself is to the front garden.

- Queen Bed with wardrobe, bedside tables and occasional chair. There is also a ceiling fan for summer and oil heater for winter and has lovely view to the back garden.

Bedroom 3

- Queen Bed with wardrobe, bedside tables and occasional chair. With a ceiling fan for summer and oil heater for winter with garden views.

Bedroom 4

- 2x single beds with ceiling fan and oil heater available for the cooler months

Retreat/ TV room

- Downstairs on entry level you will find a TV room with sliding doors into a small courtyard area. This is a perfect space for kids to retreat to and watch movies or play games.

Bathroom

- The main bathroom is shared between the minor bedrooms on the first floor and features a shower, bath, and vanity. A hairdryer is also provided.

Laundry

- The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner and mop etc if required. There’s an outdoor clothesline out the side of the house.

Front Balcony

- Just off from the lounge is a covered alfresco area with dining for 8 and a small sofa seat section with coffee table.

Outdoor Entertaining

- The main rear deck area complete with bench dining seating, BBQ and shade sails for the warmer days. This balcony area overlooks the grassed garden area.



One bag of firewood, kindling and firelighters will be provided for your arrival. If you require more throughout your stay, you can purchase this from the local hardware store or petrol station.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation, but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Fantastic being so close to Dunsborough and yet it felt secluded with bushland views
We stayed at Twin Trees for a week and had the most relaxing time there. The location of the property is fantastic being so close to Dunsborough and yet it felt secluded with bushland views out the back and surrounds. It was peaceful and quiet throughout the time we were there.
The property is beautifully furnished. There is plenty of space to chill and hang out, with separate areas for the kids and adults. The rooms are spacious, similarly with the bathrooms & toilets. Beds were comfortable and luxuriously equipped with fine linen and pillows. We had the most restful sleep. There is plenty of storage space and the master has a walk in linen cupboard. Kitchen is very well equipped.
There are many tourist attractions, wineries and eateries in the area to keep us entertained. The drive to Margaret River from Twin Trees is just under 40 mins so it was a good base for us to explore the Margaret River, Yallingup, Dunsborough, Busselton region.
I would highly recommend staying at Twin Trees

All the comforts for complete tranquillity
The house is surrounded by greenery on the edge of the Australian forest and is equipped with all the comforts that allow you to enjoy a holiday in complete tranquillity. At dawn you can be woken up by the muffled sounds of kangaroos coming out of the forest to eat the grass in the meadow surrounding the house.

TwinTrees positions itself as the perfect place to stay
Stayed at the Twin Trees accommodation December 2022 with my family and sister in law’s family.
This modern and spacious well equipped home is situated in the perfect location for those wanting to head down South for a getaway.
It is less than a 5 minute drive to Dunsborough’s town centre for quick trips to the shops or to get a bite to eat but it is also far enough away to be able to experience the quietness and tranquillity of the natural surrounds and get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
There are also several excellent local businesses only a short drive away including a wood fire bakery, café and winery to name a few and TwinTrees positions itself as the perfect place to stay if one was keen to head further south for day trips to other winery regions and attractions.
The accommodation itself had more than ample space for our two families with 4 kids.
The kitchen was very well equipped with heaps of storage space and had everything you needed should you wish to cook and eat
