The Space
House is 2 storey with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms (2 downstairs, 2 upstairs adjoining). Includes a large open plan living area with vaulted ceiling (kitchen, dining, lounge and mini bar) verandah and upstairs deck with views, potbelly stove and shady garden.
Guest Access
Perfect for families or couples - beaches, wineries, breweries, Simmos and shopping nearby while the bush setting offers peace and quiet. Wake up and watch the sun rise over the bush and bay, take a dip or surf at Yallingup lagoon, pick up some local bread and coffee on the way home, hit the shops in Dunsborough, have a long lunch at a local winery and finish off the day back at the beach for sunset or a few beers at Caves House. The property is 2.5 hours drive south of Perth.
Interaction with Guests
None - rental is for entire house - keys are available on site.
There is an adjacent occupied guest house (detached) is at the driveway entrance (rear) of the property.
There is a caretaker shed at the bottom of the property (200m from the house - out of sight of house) which is occasionally occupied by family.
The Neighbourhood
Bush meets beach with lots of fantastic wineries, shops and entertainment options for people of all ages.

No leavers.
Single night bookings incur an additional charge.
Bed Linen and towels are provided.
3 night minimum some long weekends.
