Overview
The White House has been designed to showcase the incredible Eagle Bay coastline, the perfect luxury lookout to enjoy all the region has to offer.
This property houses four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an activity room, comfortably hosts up to 8 guests.
Some of the extra delights to be found are under floor heating, stacking doors to bring the outside in, deluxe kitchen with European appliances to make entertaining a delight.
The master bedroom is comfortable and spacious, and is finished with a beautiful ensuite complete with bifold doors that open up onto the balcony. All the bedrooms are designed to make it easy to unwind, and replenish those batteries after exciting days exploring the region all complete with televisions and bathrooms nearby. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a king bed made up by default. It is possible to split this bed into 2 singles. If you want this bed split, please let us know more than 7 days in advance.
The home is passively heated and cooled, but also has the modern convenience of an open stone fireplace and heated floors.
Separate from the main house is the activity room and the fourth bedroom. The activity room comes complete with billiards table and ping pong table. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed, but please note this is not suitable for very small children. The fourth bedroom is a small room and would be suitable for children or teenagers.
A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
