Family-friendly fun is guaranteed with a full size tennis court, large pool, expansive green lawns, a huge outdoor entertaining area, BBQ and plenty of seating options for the whole family. Best of all, the beach is a mere 150 metres away, making coastal walks, sunsets, swims and picnics just too easy!
Three bedrooms (all queen size), a bathroom and a master suite (king) with ensuite and walk in robe downstairs, and an additional 5 beds (2 x single, 2 x trundles, and a queen), plus bathroom and TV / lounge area upstairs, make this the ideal home for two large families - comfortably accommodating up to 12 people.
With a light and bright main living and dining area with views over the pool and backyard, a huge second lounge room for TV time, an additional lounge retreat area upstairs for the kids to enjoy, an office space for working remotely, a bar, a garage / games room with table tennis, pool table and small home gym, and ample space throughout the house and yard for fun and games, there really is endless entertainment at The Ranch.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
