Cancellation Clause:
Full refund less $25 for cancellations received up to 28 days prior to booking date. 50% of deposit refunded for cancellations received 7 - 14 days prior to booking date unless the accommodation is re-booked in which case a full refund less $25 will be given. No refund for cancellations received up to 7 days prior to booking date unless the accommodation is re-booked in which case a full refund less $25 will be given. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitors Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.



Indemnity:

The client is responsible to the Owner for the actual costs of any breakage or damage in or to the property - along with any additional costs that may result -which are caused by the client and/or any members of the party and the Owner can require payment from the client to cover any such costs.
Albany Visitor Centre has a $65 cancellation fee.
