Description

The farmhouse style kitchen is fully complete with electric cooktop, double oven and all other appliances needed to cook up a storm for the family gathering. Once the chefs have finished in the kitchen, gather around the large 10-seater dining room table or make the most of the beautiful gardens and dine outside. For the coffee lovers, you will find a barista-style coffee machine. Be sure to bring your coffee beans for grinding with you.

The main sitting room has a large L shaped sofa with enough room to cozy around the wood fire complete with its magnificent stone feature surround, while you enjoy a family chat or play games (Please note that firewood is not included in the tariff. If you need firewood it can be purchased from local service stations.)Just off from this room is a perfect snug room for the kids to sit and watch their TV.

Downstairs you will find two of the five bedrooms along with a bathroom with shower and separate WC. The first of these downstairs bedrooms has two singles and the second is a huge king-sized room complete with walk-in robe and ensuite.

Moving upstairs you are greeted by the main TV area with its large screen smart TV. The doors from this living area lead out to the large first-floor balcony complete with a further outdoor setting where you may choose to sit with your favourite glass of wine or beer from the many wineries/ breweries in the area and discuss the days events.

A further 3 bedrooms are located upstairs along with the main family bathroom which has a separate shower and a spa bath. A room with 2x single beds is the first along the hallway with a queen bedroom & access to the balcony is located at the end of the hallway. Lastly, you have a king bedroom with walk in robe and the best view to wake up to! Lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the beautiful vista.

A large family home that has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The kids will never get bored with the games room boasting table tennis, beanbags and an array of garden games for the whole family to enjoy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
