Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival of 2pm.
If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain full payment.
A full refund will be provided if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.

Directions
Yallingup is a small coastal village situated approx 270km south west of Perth. To find us, drive down Caves Road from Dunsborough (8km) and then follow the signs down to Yallingup Beach (a further 2km). Yallingup Beach Holiday Park is at the entry to the townsite and is clearly signposted.

Excellent Accommodation with outstanding views from our cottages balcony
We stayed in one of the cottages overlooking the ocean and it was very comfortable and as clean and tidy as one could wish for and sitting out on our porch eating or just having a drink was a really enjoyable experience. Jamie who runs the Holiday Park is excellent and has a very efficient and friendly team working for him.The new BBQ's and grassed entertainment area is as good as anyone could wish for and the views across the ocean and beach from this area are amazing.
