Let us offer you Denham’s only beachfront caravan park, situated on the ocean’ edge among large shady trees. There is easy access to the safe waters of Shark Bay for your family’s pleasure. We cater for caravaners, campers on powered, unpowered or ensuite sites with three ablution blocks, two camp kitchen, barbecue areas and those looking for chalet accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival of 2pm.
If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain full payment.
A full refund will be provided if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.

Directions
Follow the highway north from Geraldton. Turn left at the Overlander Roadhouse to enter the Shark Bay World Heritage Area. Continue on this road for 128km to reach Denham.

Tidy Town
Seaside Caravan Park was a great experience. Friendly staff. Booking and checking in was really easy. Well laid out, clean and great amenities, especially the individual toilet and shower cubicles. The laundries even have dryers. The view is amazing and easy walk to town.Will Return One Day

The park was well set out and fortunately we got a site that was quite high in the park which gave us a fantastic view. The amenities were great and for a total change wi-fi worked like a dream as opposed to many other parks. You have to go down to an area near the office but it worked extremely well. The whole town was great and not a long trip from Monkey Mia which was also a great place to visit. If you like fishing there are a couple of small jetty's that you can enjoy, subject to wind and weather of course. Would definitely book this place again.
