Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Although every effort is made Talkabout Tours PTY LTD shall not be liable for any illness injury damages loss delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Talkabout Tours PTY LTD retains the right to alter routes itineraries fares inclusions days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.
Refund Amendment and Cancellation Conditions
In the event of an amendment or cancellation to your booking a refund may apply.
In the event of an amendment to a confirmed booking made by Talkabout Tours -Show on the Road an administration fee of 10% (Inc. GST) will apply. An additional amendment fee with the and external booking agent may also apply to that Purchaser depending on the individual policies of the booking agency concerned.
In the event of cancellation to a confirmed booking made by our Company you may receive a refund. An administration fee of 20% will apply. A cancellation fee with the external booking agency may also apply depending on the individual policies of external booking agent concerned.
Unforeseen Changes/Travel Insurance
Where a customer cancels due to Government restrictions that are either not removed as expected extended or reimposed the customer will be contacted and offered a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time) Talkabout Tours PTY LTD – Show on the Road reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation by Talkabout Tours PTY LTD
If Talkabout tours PTY LTD cancels due to reasons other than a force majeure event: the customer gets a full refund. If Talkabout Tours PTY LTD cancels due to a force majeure event: the customer gets a 110% credit to use for a future trip or a refund less unrecoverable cost.
