Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Full refunds will apply to cancellations made outside of 60 days from departure date.
A credit to the value of purchase will apply to cancellations made within 60 days and 48 hours from tour departure date. Credit is valid for 12 months from original departure date.
No refund or credit note will apply to passengers cancelling within 48 hours of the tour departure time.
We will be as flexible as possible in making timing/date amendments for your booking subject to availability.
In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation we will provide you with a credit note of an amount equal to the monies paid. The credit note can then be applied to the cost of a future tour with us. Time limits and other criteria and conditions may apply.
