Sunset Views is a two-bedroom accommodation that is stylish, airy, comfortable. Open planned bright living area, pleasantly set up with everything you will need. Reverse cycle air conditioners will keep you cool in the Summer and warm and cosy in the Winter months Main bedroom has a huge comfy king bed that you can relax in, lay back and watch some TV and chill out. There are also generous cupboard space in both bedrooms. Bathroom/ Laundry area is light, functional and well equipped, with a separate toilet. You will have no issues where to park when you book to stay here, there is a secure undercover parking space just behind the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Minimum Stay 3 nights. Maximum number of adults (over 18 years) per accommodation 4. Christmas/New Year Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Bookings:
*Two nights non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellation without notice:
If you just do not turn up without notifying us there is no normal refund - at the discretion of the managers.
* Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days.
Cancellation within 48 hours * If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited.
You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.
