The villa is deluxe fully self-contained. A king bed is provided with ensuite. Also included is a fully functional Kitchen, Lounge, Laundry, Lockup Store Room for bikes, golf clubs, etc. Car port with extra parking, Private Courtyard with BBQ and Outdoor Setting. Highchairs and cots are provided free of charge. Folder beds provided for $30 per person.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Cancellation notifications received 7-28 days prior to arrival will have an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation. If cancellation notifications are received less than 7 days prior to arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking whichever is greater. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitors Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Excellent access for walking along Middleton Beach.

Perfectly presented property, easy access to surrounding sites, everything thought of with property fitout!

Pure Comfort
