South West Chauffeured Escapes


By paying the invoice and boarding the vehicle, you are accepting these terms and conditions and accept this is a binding contract
for yourself and the other passengers you have booked for. The person who has made this booking is responsible for distributing this information to the other passengers who they have made the booking for.
The person who has made this booking is responsible for any damages caused by passengers and will be issued an invoice for these costs which must be paid within 24 hours.


1.Booking Conditions & Payment Methods

-Subject to vehicle availability any additional hours that are requested on the day will be required to be paid by either cash or bank transfer on the same day. If paid by bank transfer a copy of the receipt will need to be shown to the driver.
-Smoking / vaping is not permitted inside the vehicle at any time
-Legislation requires that seat belts must be worn at all times
-Payment is for the driver and vehicle only, any food or beverages purchased on the charter are at the client’s expense.


2.Departure Times

Please ensure that the departure times on your quotation are correct as we reserve the right to charge an hourly rate or part thereof outside quoted times.


3.Delays

Although all reasonable effort will be made, South West Chauffeured Escapes takes no responsibility for loss, damage or inconvenience resulting from delays in the itinerary.


4.Client pick-up Locations

Prior to the day of departure, written directions will be supplied by the client, together with the name and phone No. of a contact person at each pick up point. Pick-up times are approximate only – due to possible delays caused by traffic, poor road and/or weather conditions.





5.Luggage, Property and Personal Items

South West Chauffeured Escapes will take extreme care in the handling and stowing of all passenger’s gear and equipment; however, we take no responsibility for loss or damage of such items. Any property left behind on our vehicles can be posted to you at your expense.

6.In Car Food & Refreshment

Prior agreement must be made before the consumption of any foodstuffs in our vehicle.
Upon agreement a cleaning charge may be applied. Any passenger suffering a bilious attack (vomiting) and/or creating wilful excessive mess are liable for a $250.00 + GST cleaning fee for each incident. This must be paid on the day.


7. Brewery / Winery tours


-Neat and casual dress is a requirement when visiting certain wineries / breweries. Please keep in mind some of these establishments do not allow ‘dress ups’ for hens and bucks days. Please speak with us if you are planning on dressing up and we can discuss this further and choose more suitable venues.
- Please do not consume alcohol before the tour. If we arrive to pick you up and guests are intoxicated the tour will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.
-These venues will not allow intoxicated people onto the premises – We have the right to cut off any passengers from consuming alcohol through -out the day and passengers may be removed from the tour and returned to their accommodation at their own cost. If passengers are being disrespectful and not complying with instructions, they will be given a warning. If the behaviour continues the tour may be cut short at the driver’s discretion and no refunds will be given.
