The verandah looks onto a green park with beach beyond.

Front bedroom has a queen bed with a funky upstairs second bedroom with two futon style single beds.
Upstairs bedroom has a child security gate fitted.
Kitchen and living are in a long room opening into a private rear courtyard with dining table, large umbrella and sitting.
Fully kitchen with dishwasher.
Bathroom with handbasin, shower and separate toilet.
Washing machine and washtub in a cupboard style access off the kitchen.
Free, generous wifi.
Garage parking for one small car in the rear garage.
Free street-parking in front and at the rear.

Minimum Stay 2 nights. Maximum number of adults (over 18 years) per accommodation 6.
Christmas/New Year Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Bookings:
*Two nights non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellation without notice:
If you just do not turn up without notifying us there is no normal refund - at the discretion of the managers.
* Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days.
Cancellation within 48 hours
* If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited.
You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.
