Shore House in Eagle Bay offers the ultimate family holiday experience with stunning ocean views and luxurious comfort in a modern architecturally designed home. Just a short walk to the beach, this residence is perfect for both summer getaways and winter escapes.

The upper level features a spacious deck ideal for entertaining, with sweeping ocean views that complement the open-plan kitchen and living areas, making it a delightful space year-round. Families will appreciate the sheltered outdoor lounge area and adjoining loungeroom on the lower level, providing a perfect retreat for kids and teenagers. This home is conveniently located just a 40-minute drive from Busselton Margaret River Airport.

KITCHEN
Well-equipped with a conventional coffee machine (BYO ground coffee), dishwasher, microwave oven, full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cookware. Starter supply of dishwashing and cleaning items included.

LIVING ROOM
Features a wood fire, TV, guest wi-fi, books, portable speaker, eight-seater dining table, study desk, and comfortable lounge area.

LOUNGE
Includes a small kitchenette with Nespresso coffee pod machine, portable electric heater, books, and games. No TV downstairs.

BEDROOMS
- Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): Queen bed, ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed, ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Queen bed, ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Two king single beds, ceiling fan.

BATHROOMS
- Bathroom 1 upstairs: Shared bathroom. Shower. Separate toilet.
- Bathroom 2 downstairs: Shared bathroom combined with laundry. Shower. Separate toilet.

LAUNDRY
Facilities include washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, and outdoor clothesline.

PETS
Cats are not allowed. One small dog (10kg or less) may be permitted (you must seek prior permission) and your dog is not allowed on any furniture and must not be left unattended to bark or disturb the neighbours or you may face immediate eviction. Bring your own pet feeding bowls and sleeping bed. Clean up all dog droppings outdoors on departure or extra cleaning fees will apply if we have to do this. Dogs must be free of fleas and you will be held responsible if they damage furniture.
Living room paper blinds must be kept in UP position out of reach of your dog at all times.

Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 and linen pack of $127 applies to each booking. There is also a $1000 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. It is important to note, your pet cannot be left unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council. Although this property will allow one dog per booking, please note the property is not fully fenced.

Beautiful house in a stunning setting. The views out to the ocean from the deck are magnificent.

OUR BEST HOSE YET
We have been holidaying in the region for nearly 20 years and this is our best stay yet. The property location and those amazing views were exactly what we were looking for. Will be booking again as soon as the dates are available
