Modern large 2 bedroom (1 Queen and 1 Double) 1 bathroom self-contained unit near the beach at Shoalwater Marine Park. The unit is a non-smoking establishment suitable for holiday guests or the business person seeking comfortable, relaxed and well-presented accommodation in a peaceful setting
The unit is located an easy 500 metre walk from the beach at Shoalwater Marine Park between Penguin Island and Point Perron. The Rockingham Beach Foreshore and Cafe and Restaurant strip is a short 5 minute drive away. Also the Shoalwater Bay Shopping Centre is nearby.
The interior of the unit is bright and fresh with comfortable furnishings and fittings. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking appliances, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Towels and bedlinen are supplied. A small private courtyard with outdoor setting is at the rear.
Property is private however, please be aware that it is attached to the main residence of the owners.
