Overview
Serpentine Falls Park Home and Tourist Village offers a range of accommodation options including standard cabins, ensuite cabins, deluxe cabins, super deluxe cabins, holiday homes, powered sites and unpowered sites (subject to weather conditions). Our range of accommodation options cater for all budgets.
The Park is located on the foothills of the Darling Ranges and is surrounded by farmland. The spectacular Serpentine Falls and National Park is about 2 kilometres from the Park which makes for a pleasant walk or short drive.
There are many things to do at the Serpentine Falls, including, having a picnic or BBQ, going for a bush walk and observing and photographing the wildlife and wildflowers (prolific in Spring). This rare attraction is a must see during your stay.
The Park is also in close proximity to other attractions, including the Serpentine Dam, Millbrook Winery and Jarrahdale townsite.
For those staying in cabins without ensuites or for those on powered or unpowered sites, the ablution block is close by and is spacious and clean. The BBQ area, laundry and indoor camp kitchen are also in the same vicinity and will provide you with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
During the summer months, you can enjoy a swim in our pool or relax on one of the deck chairs surrounding the pool.
If you want to escape to a picturesque location that feels like the country but is only 50 minutes from Perth, then our Park is the place to come.

Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival of 2pm.
If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain full payment.
A full refund will be provided if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
