Our professionally trained guides will enlighten and entertain you using state-of-the-art radio communication. Our tours are designed to keep you moving, but you’ll be gliding in a small group so stopping for photographs is easy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Guided tour bookings:
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund
Cancellations received between 6 & 14 days prior to the tour date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full tour cost
Cancellations received within 5 days prior to the tour date will incur a full cost of tour cancellation fee
Failure to arrive for the scheduled Guided Tour or pre booked Segway Experience will incur a full cost of tour cancellation fee. A refund will not be given for any part of a Guided Tour or Experience after the participant has commenced the training section. A refund will be granted only when it is deemed by the instructor that the participant is incapable of riding a Segway Personal Transporter (PT).
POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Inclement weather will not normally prevent the tour to be cancelled therefore we do encourage participants to wear weather appropriate dress and shoes.
Segway Guided Tours and/or Segway Experiences will not proceed should Segway Tours WA decide in its absolute discretion whether for safety reasons or otherwise to cancel these activities.
Should any tour or experience session not proceed participants will be rescheduled at their convenience be issued with a refund voucher in the case of purchases bought through a third party reselling Segway Tours or Experiences or be reimbursed the price paid for the activity but otherwise shall have no claim whatsoever (including no claim for travel expenses or any other out-of-pocket expenses) relating to the cancellation of an Tour or Experience.
Segway Guided Tours and Experiences Gift Certificates are not refundable.

Absolutely fantastic!
We did the Elizabeth Quay/riverside tour with Leanne. I am aged 50 and I did this tour with my parents, none of us are particularly sporty or well coordinated and had never used a Segway before but was so much fun! Leanne was a great guide and made us all feel so comfortable. We had 15 minutes training to make sure we could safely manoeuvre the Segway and then started the tour. It’s such a good way to whizz around Elizabeth Quay, I really cannot fault and can’t wait to go again and do another route. I would definitely recommend giving this a try if you’ve never tried it.Great way to see the city by Segway
We really enjoyed seeing the city sights by Segway. We had never tried a Segway tour before and our guide, Leanne was patient and had us confident riders in no time. Would definitely recommend having a go
