Overview
Seaview is a spacious and inviting two-storey beachside retreat perfect for families and groups, located just a short 600m walk from the beach in popular Old Dunsborough. This vibrant home offers an energetic beachy vibe with high ceilings, timber floors, and colorful artworks throughout.
Enjoy breathtaking 180-degree water views from the expansive top-level balcony, furnished with comfortable seating areas and a large dining table, ideal for outdoor dining and morning coffees.
A cleverly designed BBQ deck on the opposite side of the house provides easy access to the kitchen via a servery window, perfect for alfresco meals and gatherings.
The upstairs living areas feature reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort, complemented by a cozy wood fire for winter evenings.
The secure backyard is pet-friendly (allowing 1 dog) and provides ample space for storing bikes and beach gear, with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach outings.
KITCHEN
The well-appointed kitchen includes a large pantry, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware, dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee machine, sandwich press, food mixer, and microwave oven.

Features a Smart TV and DVD player for entertainment.

Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 and linen pack of $150 applies to each booking. There is also a $500 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

Terms & conditions if your plans change
A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200
to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs
or decks
Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at
Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and
associated bookings.
Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check-
In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date
specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.
