This two bedroom upstairs apartment is situated in a small complex opposite Bell Park and one of Perth's finest family holiday beaches, looking north to Mangles Bay, Garden Island (HMAS Stirling) and Cockburn Sound. Bell Park has many shady trees, free electric barbecues and children's sand pits and play equipment.
It is located in the heart of the Rockingham foreshore cafe strip, with many excellent restaurants, coffee shops and fast food outlets. It is a short walk to the Post Office and a large IGA supermarket.

A regular Shuttle Bus passes the door and connects to Rockingham City shopping centre and Train service direct to Perth Central Station.

Cancellation fees will be deducted as follows: $500.00 non-refundable deposit Cancellation up to one 21 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation one (1) to seven (7) days prior to arrival 80% cancellation fee. Cancellation on day of arrival 100% cancellation fee. No pets allowed.
