Seabird Holiday House

The perfect winter getaway! Or anytime of year. We have free Wifi and Netflix.
Seabird can be used as a base to go exploring other areas and activities including the Lancelin Sand dunes, canoeing down the Moore River in Guilderton, popping over to Gingin on market day or star gazing at the Gingin Gravity Discovery Centre.

Seabird Getaway is available to rent for weekends, short breaks and holidays throughout the year.
Minimum 2 nights booking.

Weekends (Fri-Sun) - $180

Weekdays (Mon-Thur) - $150
ALL public holidays and school breaks including long weekends - $200

Christmas - New Year period 20/12/2024 - 8/1/2025 - $220

Prices listed are for the entire house not per person, Maximum 6 occupants

- Boat lunch concrete slip way (4wd essential)

- Delicatessen

- Swimming pool

- Games Room

- Pool table

- Tennis Courts

- Barbecues

- Picnic and sitting areas

What To Bring:

- FOOD: Best to bring all your own groceries and food supplies. There are some supplies available at the Seabird Private Caravan shop or Seabird Café and Lancelin is a short drive away.

- LINEN: Please bring your own pillows, sheets and blankets/doonas, bath mat, bath towels and beach towels

- TOILETRIES: You will need to bring your own bathroom essentials

- FOR THE KIDS: Bikes, cricket set and beach activities, DVDs, dive toys for the pool, shade to take down to the beach, fishing gear, torches for night rides and walks and glow sticks to make kids more visible at night. If you have younger children, you will need to bring high chairs and cots as there is no available hire.

- BOATS: can be brought into the caravan park if prior arrangement is made.
