Overview
This fantastic Dunsborough holiday home overlooks beautiful leafy parkland and is directly across the road from the beach!
It ticks all the boxes because it's walking distance to town and the beach, has reverse cycle air-conditioning, two lounge/TV areas, and the bonus of wi-fi and a spacious master bedroom complete with a pampering ensuite spa bath.
One of the TV's has a basic Foxtel package (does not include Foxtel Sports).
Winters are wonderful here too! Forage at the local farmers markets during the day and then come back to cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. Or maybe cheese and wine in front of the cosy fireplace is more your style.
Little children are not forgotten and can enjoy hours of fun thanks to the toy cupboard's books and games and an enclosed front yard for fun on the lawn.

Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 and linen pack of $121 applies to each booking. There is also a $1000 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

Terms & conditions if your plans change
A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200
to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs
or decks
Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at
Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and
associated bookings.
Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check-
In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date
specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.
