The lounge room has enough comfy lounge chairs for everyone, a flat screen TV and DVD player and few board games for those rainy days. Perhaps choose a book to read from the shelf.

The kitchen is well thought out and has everything that you could need to cook up a storm, including oven and stove top, microwave and full size fridge. There is even a BBQ on the back verandah for that Dhuie you just caught, feel free to use the outside fridge for your bait and catch.

The bedroom downstairs has a double bed and a single bed plus trundle. Perfect for the kids.

Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and fan. A second lounge area too that is air conditioned, so you can watch your favourite footy team play and the kids downstairs can watch..... whatever they like!

Upstairs is definitely a little retreat to relax... Take the outdoor setting on to the balcony and watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean in comfort. (please bring back in at the end of your stay)

If you do need to get a little washing done, there is a washing machine in the laundry and a good ol' Hills Hoist out the back to make the most of that fresh coastal air.
The backyard is fully enclosed so the kids can play with your peace of mind.

Shingle Ave Beach is just down the end of the road and if you're game... you can take your 4WD on the sand too. There are a couple of parks and playgrounds in walking distance too.

There is even room to park your boat and vehicle on the driveway or a space to park your car undercover.

Some consumables such as toilet paper, are provided for your arrival only. You may be required to purchase extra during your stay.

Sleeps up to 5 guests maximum. Either 4 ADULTS MAX or 2 ADULTS & 3 CHILDREN

All bed linen, pillows and bath towels are provided as a cleaning fee of $80. Please BYO Beach Towels.
A booking fee of $30 also applies to your booking.
No Pets Allowed.
