This is a new unit just arrived on our books and in time more changes will occur. The bedding situation will also change .

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 story river front unit. Main room has 1 x queen bed, second room has 1 bunk bed and third room has 1 bunk bed. Living areas downstairs. All bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs access is via a spiral staircase. The unit has a Reverse cycle, split system air conditioner in the main living area. TV in lounge. Microwave, fridge/freezer, stove and oven in kitchen.NO washing machine but Laundry facilities available at resort plus In-House movies, Swimming pool and BBQ facilities. This unit is close to all facilities with a small outdoor setting on the small patio area that faces the river across the road. Watch the Sunset and the boats coming home while enjoying a beverage with out leaving home or enjoy a lovely sunset stroll along the river.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A SPIRAL STAIRCASE TO ACCESS BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

7. NO smoking inside our properties.

8. No Schoolies Accepted

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

This complex has a large pool area comprising a 25 metre lap pool, an extra large wading pool and a toddlers pool.. There are share BBQs and two playground areas that will keep children occupied.

Laundry facilities are also available on site (Card payment required).
