This absolute gem of a house is situated in Old Dunsborough, within walking distance to the boat ramp and netted swimming beach. This house has been newly renovated and is bright and modern. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen contains all modern appliances and there is plenty of space to cook for all your family and friends. There is a Nespresso pod machine (BYO pods) in the kitchen. Just off the main living area is a separate TV room with a second TV, a great space for the kids to chill out after a day at the beach. Both TVs are set up as smart TV's, and there is WIFI available at the property for your use.

The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 contains a queen-sized bed, and bedroom 3 has 2x singles. There are 2 bathrooms – the main bathroom is beautiful with a full-size bath and separate shower The second bathroom has a shower and converts to a fully equipped laundry as well.

This house is perfect for a family or couples sharing the space, and the entire house is kept at a comfortable temperature year-round with ducted air conditioning. It is in an idyllic, quiet setting with an enclosed yard. location just a short stroll from the netted swimming beach in Old Dunsborough.

The backyard is fully fenced and ideal for your little ones and furry-friend to play safely all stay long. The owner accepts pets at the property - If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. It is important to note, your pet cannot be left unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council.. One small/ medium dog is permitted per booking. Pets not allowed on furniture please.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & conditions if your plans change

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. It is important to note, your pet cannot be left unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council. Although this property will allow one dog per booking, please note the property is not fully fenced.
