There are two queen bedrooms - one with an ensuite and single spa - and the third bedroom has a single bed and a double bed with single bunk overhead. The property has two bathrooms and free wi-fi.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
For cancellations 7 days or more prior to arrival a full refund (less the Shires administrative fee) will be given. For bookings cancelled between 7 and 2 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee will apply unless the vacancy can be filled. For cancellations 48 hrs or less prior to arrival - no refund. For all cancellations where a refund is due a $22 administrative fee will be levied.
