Bedroom 1
King Bed, storage in walk-in robe with plenty of shelving and hanging space and bedside tables. This bedroom also has a convenient en-suite, balcony, beautiful ocean views and split cycle air con.

King bed that can be split into 2x singles upon request, en-suite, sliding doors leading outside with ocean view, wall mounted heater and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3
Queen bed with doors leading outside to ocean views, wall mounted heater and ceiling fan.

2x single beds, wardrobe space, sliding doors leading outside, ocean views, wall mounted heater and ceiling fan.
Laundry
The laundry area includes a washing machine, dryer and cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner and mop etc if required. There is also an outdoor clothesline outside this room.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
