7 DAY PURNULULU NATIONAL PARK (BUNGLE BUNGLES) and 10 DAY GIBB RIVER ROAD TOUR - Cancellation of booking within 7 days or less prior to tour date shall receive no refund. Excluding any non refundable deposits a cancellation 14 to 8 days prior to tour date will receive a 50% refund or a cancellation beyond 14 days shall receive a 75% refund. Cancellation by operator will be 100% refunded including any non refundable deposits. 7 and 10 day tours run with a minimum of 10 persons. Travel insurance is NOT included; we strongly recommend participants have their own insurance.

8 DAY PHOTOGRAPHIC CRUISE 2018 - Cancellation of booking within 8 weeks or less prior to tour date shall receive no refund. Excluding any non refundable deposits a cancellation 8 to 24 weeks prior to tour date will receive a 50% refund or a cancellation beyond 24 weeks will receive a 75% refund. Cancellation by operator will be 100% refunded including any non refundable deposits.

Whilst every precaution will be taken for the safety of participants no liability of any kind whatsoever can be taken in the event of death accident injury loss or damage to person and property or cost of emergency evacuations on these tours. This exclusion of liability shall apply to and be for the benefit of Red Dirt Photography’s agents servants and representatives. Without limiting the ambit or scope of the exclusion liability expressed in the above paragraphs Red Dirt Photography’s Tours its agents servants and representatives shall not be liable to any person for any death injury accident or damage to a person arising out of;

1. Any walking rock walking or climbing during the tour and any such activities are taken at the participant's own risk. 2. Any Helicopter flights or air travel during the tour and any such activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk. 3. Any swimming snorkelling or bathing in any waters during the tour and any such activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk. 4. Any watercraft travel during the tour and any such activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk. 5. Any travel in any motor vehicle during the tour as part of the tour or incidental to the tour are undertaken at the participant's own risk.

Please Note: Red Dirt Photographic Tours are a WA Tourism accredited tour and have been for the past twelve years. While we try to stick to the tour itinerary sometimes outside influences may require us to alter the running program and schedule. Roads can be closed due to too much water over them; cultural activities weather tides and unforeseen outside influences can affect the way we conduct these tours.

Due to these influences Red Dirt Photography may without notice have to vary or substitute locations transport and accommodation or tour times. Red Dirt Photography assumes no responsibility for any loss arising out of any such substitutions or variations. We will however do our best for this to not happen and where possible give you as much notice as we can.
