Overview
The Ballaarat Room is a versatile venue large enough to easily accommodate up to 200 people (cocktail style/standing). Our in house sound system will play wirelessly from any digital device, a wireless microphone is also available. A 65" digital TV is available for presentations.
Features and Facilities include: Air conditioning, TV with USB , AV and HDMI input, House sound system, Disability access, Parking available in the area, WIFI Access, Kitchen featuring fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, toilets.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment can be made by Credit Card on our secure payment link or by calling MRBTA on (08) 9780 5911. Accepted cards – Mastercard or Visa.

Please reference use your itinerary/invoice number as reference for payment.
We require one weeks notice for cancellations of functions. A notice period of less than one week may result in the loss of your deposit.
A security bond of $200 and key bond of $100 will be required.
Once a signed booking contract is received along with a 50% deposit we will send you a confirmation email. 100% of you hire fees and bonds are payable 30 days prior to the event.
