Penguin Cottage is two bedroom, one bathroom cottage surrounded by beautiful coastline. The property is suitable for both couples or families looking for a beachside Getaway.
Penguin Cottage is equipped with a full modern kitchen, ajoining lounge room with TV/DVD player, wireless internet access , 2 lounge suites and reverse cycle air-conditioning. There is a newly renovated bathroom with vanity & shower/bath.
Bedroom One: has a queen size bed, bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Bedroom Two: has a double and single bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, freestanding clothes rack and ceiling fan.
At the rear of the cottage there is a additional room with a dining table and book shelf full of books and games, laundry with washing machine, separate toilet and an additional shower which is ideal for washing off after a trip to the beach.
There is a outdoor patio area with BBQ, outdoor setting, washing line and there is plenty of parking.
Whether you are staying for a few days or a few weeks, Penguin Cottage is your ideal Beachside Getaway.
The property is located in Shoalwater which is best known as the departure point to Penguin Island - only a 10 minute walk away and is a popular location for kite & windsurfing.
