IF THE CANCELLATION OCCURS 30 DAYS OR MORE FROM THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE A FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID LESS $50.00 A CANCELLATION CHARGE TO THE OPERATOR AND A $50.00 ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE TO THE BOOKING AGENT.
IF THE CANCELLATION OCCURS 30 DAYS OR LESS FROM THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE THE AMOUNT PAID IS NON- REFUNDABALE AND WILL BE FORFEITED UNLESS THE PROPERTY CAN BE RELET FOR THE ENTIRE PERIOD IN WHICH CASE A $50 CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES.
