IF THE CANCELLATION OCCURS 30 DAYS OR MORE FROM THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE A FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID LESS $55.00 A CANCELLATION CHARGE TO THE OPERATOR AND A $55.00 ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE TO THE BOOKING AGENT.
IF THE CANCELLATION OCCURS LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 14 DAYS FROM THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE A FEE EQUAL TO ONE NIGHTS TARIFF WILL BE FORFEITED. LESS THAN 14 DAYS NO REFUND UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS RELET FOR THE ENTIRE PERIOD IN WHICH CASE A CANCELLATION FEE OF $55 WILL APPLY.

3 km from Denmark along Inlet Drive. Turn south off South Coast Highway (next to the river) past the Denmark Hotel - Hollings Rd changes name into Inlet Drive. Follow along riverside for 3km to Denmark Waterfront Motel Complex, enter car park, at rear of car park near restaurant, follow drive towards the inlet, take 2nd driveway on your right and follow to the end of the drive way - Pelicans at Denmark is at the end of this driveway.
