Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATIONS:
Bookings cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival full refund Less the Agent Booking fee.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival 100% of total is charged.
AMENDMENTS
1. No refunds will be provided for a reduction in the number of guests or nights within 30 Days of arrival.
2. A change of dates may be permitted with the operators approval. Changes to dates that occur within 7 days of arrival will be treated as a cancelled booking. Note that the Booking Agent may levy an administration charge for all amendments.
3. If the applicable nightly tariff for the amended dates is higher than the original booking the higher rate will apply.
Please note: bedrooms are only opened up depending on the number of guests. Occupancy is not to exceed number of guests booked. No parties or functions to be held at the retreat.

Home away from home
I have come to Parry Beach Breaks the past 2 years and there is no where better to stay near Denmark. It is so peaceful and the views over the hills and ocean are stunning. The villa has everything you would need and personal touches make it very homey. The only thing you’ll need is groceries. I always hate leaving at the end of a trip! Will definitely be back again!A perfect place to relax
Loved staying here! The views are breathtaking. The house is so nice and relaxing, and we loved the fireplace. It's the perfect place for a break and is located close to everything in Denmark. Can't wait to come back soon!
