CANCELLATION POLICY
If you change or cancel your booking request, charges may apply.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
Weather cancellations: cancellations made by the operator due to weather conditions will entitle the customer to a full refund of the Fare Price.
Please note that if the customer made the booking for a tour through a booking agent, all refunds of deposits and booking fees are to be obtained directly from the booking agent. Such booking agent may at their discretion retain a booking fee less than or equal to 100% of the total price.
Oolin Sunday Island Tours reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to cultural, seasonal, poor road conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. 100% of the tour cost will be refunded or a credit given towards another tour.

BOOKING POLICY
We require a minimum number of FOUR (4) people to conduct our tours. If we do not reach our minimum, we will offer you the choice between a full refund or a rescheduled date that suits you.

OTHER
While every precaution will be taken for the safety of participants, no liability can be taken in the event of death accident injury loss or damage to person and property on these tours.
Oolin Sunday Island Cultural Tours will not be responsible for expenses incurred by you as a result of your booking or any cancellation.
Failure to show: it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that they arrive on time at the nominated departure point for the tour. Failure to do so will mean that the passenger forfeits the full fare price to the operator.
