CANCELLATIONS
Where the cruise is cancelled by the passenger, the following provisions apply:
-Where the cancellation is more than sixty (60) days prior to the date of departure of the cruise and is due to any reasonably unforeseen circumstance, at Ocean Dreams absolute discretion, Ocean Dream Charters will:
(a)offer a transfer to another cruise date to the same or lesser value of the original cruise. A new cruise date must be confirmed within seven (7) days of cancellation. Upon request, final balance payment will be returned to the passenger within a reasonable time frame, with repayment of final balance due to Ocean Dream Charters no later than sixty (60) days prior to the new cruise departure date.
(b)where a transfer is refused, the full amount of deposit is forfeited. Refund of final payment less deposit will occur within seven (7) days of receiving a deposit on a replacement booking or within a reasonable time, no later than the cruise departure date.
-Where the cancellation is within sixty (60) days of the date of departure of the cruise, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
-Subject to availability, and at the absolute discretion of the operator:
(a)some or all monies forfeited may be used as payment for a future booking with Ocean Dream Charters, where Ocean Dream Charters reserves the right to hold payment in full toward the new booking.
(b)some or all monies forfeited may be refunded if the resultant vacancy can be filled at full price of the cruise, less any incentives required to sell the cruise, subject to the replacement passenger being acceptable to Ocean Dream Charters, agreeing to these terms and conditions and having fully paid their booking. Ocean Dream Charters does not accept any liability and or responsibility for the actions of any carrier and or travel agent that might result in the passenger failing to observe a booking condition.
