Terms & conditions if your plans change
Deposits received will be fully refunded if your reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. If cancelled within 48 hours 1 nights accommodation rate will apply.
The River Margaret River Resort does not accept School Leaver bookings regardless of whether some guests are 18 yrs old. We do not have the policies procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual School Leavers Period.
Peak periods cancellation policy is 1 month includes Dec/Jan and School Holidays Labour Day Long weekend Easter Queens Birthday Long weekend and Leeuwin Concert. If cancelled within 1 month 1 nights accommodation rate will apply.

From the North : Travel on the Busselton bypass road towards Margaret River. Turn left at the roundabout and follow the Bussell Highway into Margaret River. After crossing the Margaret River bridge on the entrance to town, turn into the third street on your right, this is Wallcliffe Road. 450 metres on the right you will see the entrance for The River, Margaret River Resort
