Overview
The Director and Founder Cameron Syme has been distilling since 2005 for the most part in Albany until Margaret River Distilling Company officially opened for business in November 2015.
All products produced by Great Southern and Margaret River are available to taste in the venue, which is referred to as Giniversity.
The venue offers casual tavern-style dining available all day in a lush forest backdrop on the outskirts of town and a short walk from the town centre.
With an extensive range of tastings available there is sure to be something for everyone, including Single Malt Whisky, American style Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, Brandy, Absinthe Bitters and Liqueurs. To satisfy every need we also offer a range of locally sourced beer, wine, cider, coffee and an all-day menu to keep the whole family happy.
In winter it is open 7 days from 10am until 6pm or summer from 9am to 7pm (times may vary on some public holidays).
Dog friendly.
Accommodation is also available at River Glen Chalets, which is located on the same property, just across the brook.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
All cancellations and rescheduled bookings must be received at least 48 hours prior to course commencement.
The $50 deposit for the course is forfeited if attendance is cancelled without sufficient notice (minimum 48 hours).
All courses require deposit at the time of booking.
