Beautiful large spacious family home located in Madora Bay, in a quiet street and a two minute walk to Madora Bay Beach. The home boasts large spacious living area and self contained kitchen facilities and amenities including cooker and dishwasher. Four good size bedrooms, with two bathrooms, master bedroom includes en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms include queen size beds and the last bedroom boasts a king single bedroom, all with walk in robes. Laundry area and washing facilities. Patio areas with outside table and chairs with BBQ and seating area, fully enclosed back garden which is great for children. Park down the end of the road. Five minute drive to Lakelands Shopping Center that includes basic shopping areas. Ten minute drive to Mandurah town center and five minutes drive to railway station. This home has been designed as a home from home so everyone can enjoy their creature comforts. It has NBN wifi, TV flat screen and study area. We can also provide high chair, pram and portacot available on request. At the property there are extra sofa beds so property can accommodate 10-12 people comfortably. Children must be supervised and respectful of the home, leaving it in the same condition as when you walk in the door. Leavers, Hens/Bucks stays & parties are not permitted under insurance conditions. Pets on request. Thank you.
The home can cater for a golf weekender for large groups as have Meadow Springs (5 mins), Secrets Golf course (10 mins), Halls Head golf course (15 mins), Kennedy Bay golf course (15 mins) and Pinjarra and Dawesville Cut (20 mins). So quite a huge selection of golf courses and Madora Bay is central to all of them which makes it an ideal spot for a golf weekender. On top of this most of these places cater for Weddings as well as Peel Manor House and Amberley Gardens, so again makes it an ideal spot for families traveling from overseas to be close to the venue but enjoy a proper beach holiday break at the same time. Beach only being two mins walk away. Madora Bay Beach House can cater up to ten people quite comfortably.
