Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted).
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation admin fee.
Booking cancelled less than 60 Days before the start of stay, are non refundable. Exceptions may apply.
No refund will be given once a property is tenanted.
Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to circumstances beyond our (BHH) control an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost. Hopefully to the same standard but this may not always be possible, in which case funds will be refunded upon discussion with guests.
Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest, minus a processing fee of $50.
Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honoured, the guest may transfer the booking to another date (to be honoured within 12 months of the original booking dates) or the tariff will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of $50.
GUESTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE, to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

Perfect location
Perfect location and the upstairs master bedroom and ensuite was ideal for the bride and her wedding party to get ready i.e. hair /make up etcLiving up to the name!
Luxury on Cable certainly lives up to it's name. The house is indeed luxurious, with beautiful decor and a gorgeous pool and outdoor area. The beds were extremely comfortable, with high quality bed linen.The kitchen is next level, as not only is there a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, but also a full chef's kitchen in the expansive butlers pantry, and an outdoor kitchen!
The location was fabulous. Just a two minute walk to gorgeous Cable Beach, with the Sydney Oyster Bar and The Wharf restaurant right next door. Zanders, Divers Tavern and The General Store were all within easy walking distance.
I highly recommend Luxury on Cable for a relaxing beach holiday for a large group.
