PROPERTY
A true beach retreat, the open upstairs area of Yallingup Longboard House has a wonderfully light, fresh feel with a modern spacious kitchen and dining area, sliding doors open onto a large entertaining deck complete with BBQ and outdoor setting. Enjoy the modern finishes throughout the stylish living area which include leather lounges surrounding an open fire along with reverse air conditioning for the summer months.

The generous master bedroom upstairs with queen bed, opens into the luxury ensuite complete with an oval step-up spa bath, shower, large-mirrored vanity, and separate toilet. The second bedroom upstairs has a comfortable queen bed. Both bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. A third toilet with a wash basin services the upstairs area of the house.

The lower entry section of the house has 2 large bedrooms with reverse cycle air conditioning. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other a family room with a queen bed and a double bunk bed. Both bedrooms downstairs share a spacious bathroom (shower and vanity) with a separate toilet. The laundry is well equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer to service those on a longer holiday stay.

The downstairs entertainment area has comfortable lounges, TV, DVD and stereo making this the perfect kids hang out.

LOCATION
This Caves Ridge property offers exceptional accommodation within close-proximity to fantastic surf and swimming beaches, national parks as well as the world-class wine-growing region.

Yallingup beach is one of Australia's original surfing towns and has recently been named Australia’s best town! Yallingup Beach may be a longboard mecca, but you will also find short boarders and the odd bodyboarder sharing the waves with the local dolphins who surf the waves there too. Sunset and swimming are unforgettable, try the lagoon or ask about the infamous natural spa, aquarium, or mermaids pool!

If hiking is your scene, the Cape to Cape track runs in either direction north to south, or walk inland along the Wardanup Trail and end up at the beautiful Ngilgi Cave.
With many Yallingup wineries and the famous Caves House on your doorstep, you don't have to venture far to satisfy your taste buds.

TO NOTE
- Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months.
- If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
- All bed linen and towels are supplied with this property along with a small starter pack of essential items.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Superb house!
It was an excellent house and beautiful location. Although, Schoolies week started it did not hamper our stay, brought even more live to the area. Thanks also for the quick service to found the switchboard. regards. Wietse

Great location and accommodation
Stayed here for our family holiday, 8 adults and our children and babies. Plenty of room for us all. A short walk to the general store and bakery every morning. House was clean and spacious, we had a great time!

Gorgeous house in gorgeous location
Excellent place for two families with young children.
Grown ups get to live upstairs with two well appointed bedrooms (one with ensuite).
The kids live downstairs, again with two bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with a queen and a bunk.
Short walks to the beach are a must, and excellent point to access nearby breweries and wineries.
