Little Gem Ocean Retreat is located @ 8kms outside of town on a land area of over 10,000sqm so you are ensured privacy in this very unique home that will delight you with it's feeling of space and openness. Boasting extra high ceilings, timber floors right throughout and custom made sliding doors that are a perfect frame for the ocean views on offer. Offering one master bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom off the open plan living area. This retreat is ideal for a couple wanting to escape it all sit back, relax and unwind amongst nature. Fully self contained holiday home with Chef's Kitchen, dining and TV nook with free WIFI and coffee machine, you won't need to leave while you sit back and enjoy your getaway.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.
3. ALL our properties are fully self contained.
4. NONE of our properties are serviced.
5. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.
6. NO smoking inside our properties.

Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.
Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Bookings are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
FEE 1 - $60.00 - All cancellations will be subject to a $60.00 cancellation/handling fee.
FEE 2 - The Booking Fee
FEE 3 - All credit card charges are non refundable.
FEE 4 - Any third party fees. Eg Stayz/Homeaway/Booking.com
Should a Guest cancel his or her reservation in writing, the following will occur:
1. Zero to Thirty-one (0 to 31) days prior to the Check-in Date, zero percent (0%)
Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
2. Thirty-one to sixty (31 to 60) days prior to the Check-in Date, twenty five percent (25%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
3. Sixty-one to ninety (61 to 90) days prior to the Check-in Date, seventy five percent (75%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees)
4. Ninety-one to 275 (91 to 275) days prior to the Check-in Date, one hundred percent (100%) Will be refunded. (Less the above 1,2, 3 and 4 fees).

Amazing holiday house
