Overview
Nestled in a spacious bush block close to town, Little Gem offers a wonderfully appointed home perfect for families and groups in Dunsborough. You'll love its prime location, just a 10-minute walk from one of Old Dunsborough's most popular beaches and near Meelup mountain bike trails and local wineries.
Set back in from the road, the house is nestled on a spacious bushland block amongst native grasstrees, tall gums and peppermint trees, giving the whole place a really lovely ambience. It also has lawn out the back (in an enclosed yard), with lots of space for storing your bikes, surfboards and other adventure toys.
PETS
One dog is welcome as part of the price however you must let us know before arrival as pet-stay terms apply.
KITCHEN
Nespresso pod coffee machine, dishwasher, full range of crockery, cutlery, serving platters, glassware and cookware. Microwave oven, electric cooktop and electric oven. Dishwashing and cleaning items provided.
LIVING/DINING ROOM

The patio area has seating for everyone and a gas BBQ nearby, close to the kitchen.
There are 3 off-street car parking bays.
Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 and linen pack of $109 applies to each booking. There is also a $600 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

Terms & conditions if your plans change
A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200
to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs
or decks
Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at
Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and
associated bookings.
Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check-
In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date
specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.
