There are four Villas and six Cottages, comprising of one, two and three bedrooms.
Each are fully self contained; great for families, some sleeping up to eight people.
There is a playground for the kids, BBQ's to cook outside and picnic tables so you can enjoy the views over dinner or a glass of local wine
The property is absolute waterfront as are some of our villas and cottages. Please note all our villas & cottages are non smoking. No pets allowed.

Did someone say romance? This gorgeous motel style suite is beautifully appointed. It is perfect for romantic getaways or a honeymoon. Whilst it does not have a kitchen, that means you can explore Albany's many restaurants, cafes and wineries. Facilities include a bar fridge but no kitchen, reverse cycle air conditioning and DVD player.

This two storey villa is beautifully presented with one bedroom downstairs along with the kitchen, dining, living space and bathroom. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Apart from Peak periods - Cancellation equals first nights accommodation cost. Easter Christmas New Year Public holidays and long weekends NO refunds on cancellations.
Late checkout - if guests have not made prior arrangement and check out is more than an hour after 10am a fee of $50 applies.
If no contact is made by 12 noon on the day of departure guest maybe charged the full rate of that nights accommodation.

Great place to stay
We found there villas excellent, everything was clean. Kitchen utensils provided were all you neededIt was not far from town centre
Plenty of space inside and out
The BBQ provided was excellent and didn't have to use a communal one
Beautiful location
4 of us on an older ladies "girls" trip, stayed in number 4 cottage 2 double beds and 2 singles, very clean, spacious,lovely outside deck facing the water with public walkway down the bottom,loved seeing bird life and horses that would walk in the water for morning exercise, would definitely stay again.Lilacs has wifi!
Another great windsurfing trip, wind strength and direction close to ideal, but water levels a tad low. It's fantastic to stay close to the water in unit 7. We rigged on the back lawn and launched from there. Came in to a nice hot shower and hot cuppa.After windsurfing it's very comfortable, well equipped kitchen,nice soft lounge, and wifi. I could do all my online stuff without draining my limited mobile data.
A good night's sleep in very comfortable beds, saw us refreshed for the next session.
Looking forward to the next good wind forecast to go again.
