The main bedroom of this property overlooks the ocean, just relax in the queen bed and watch the day begin. An ensuite to this bedroom has a shower and separate toilet.
The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, wardrobes and ceiling fans.
The open plan kitchen/ lounge/ dining area has a r/c air con and boasts leather lounges, FREE Wi-Fi plus Smart 65 inch TV, home theatre and DVD library. A magnificent chefs kitchen with stone top benches and cupboards full of cutlery and crockery. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven.
A gas BBQ, large dining setting and lounge suite are situated on the patio looking across the foreshore.

There is parking for 2 vehicles, inside the complex, one behind the other at the rear of the unit.
The Seafront Estate is a well maintained, gated & secure holiday complex just across the road from the beach and Dobbyn Park. The complex boasts two swimming pools, one of them being a shallow paddling pool for the little ones. A couple of gazebos provide plenty of shade and all the BBQ's are free.
Some consumables such as toilet paper & some soaps are provided for your arrival only. You may be required to purchase extra during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing preferably by email.
Special conditions apply for cancellations.
More than 60 days Prior to Check In Date: Bookings can be cancelled. No penalties.
60 Days or Less Prior to Check In Date: If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a
replacement booking for the same period and at the same tariff, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00
administration fee. If however, the property cannot be relet, your deposit is non-refundable.
Ray White Jurien Bay retain the right to negotiate the tariff or length of stay to obtain a booking on cancelled
booking dates as we deem necessary.
2 Weeks (14 days) Prior to Check In Date: Any cancellations will forfeit any/all deposit paid, unless there
are extenuating circumstances.
If you shorten your stay once checked in, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
No refunds or alterations will be offered for bad weather.
Please note that a change of booking dates may attract the same conditions as for a cancellation as stated
herein.
Bookings made on other platforms (Airbnb, Homeaway, Stayz, Booking etc) should refer to that platform’s
cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
After the declaration in 2020 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and all its’
consequences are no longer considered unforeseen or unexpected.
Cancelling a booking because you have Covid or are a close Covid contact will no longer ensure you a
refund of your stay.
Please take note of and understand the Cancellation Policy when making your booking
