Parks, barbecues and facilities are located within walking distance at Eyre Park and Middleton Beach.
Downstairs is the Living, kitchen, dining, laundry & toilet, patio and upstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom with luxurious corner spa bath. There is a one bay carpark and an enclosed courtyard at the rear of the property.

For bike enthusiasts cycle paths are accessible and can get you in to the town centre as well as out to Emu Point whilst enjoying the seascape along the way.

From Albany Visitor Centre, head up York street, turn right at Serpentine Rd roundabout, left at the roundabout onto Aberdeen St, continue along and go straight through the roundabout onto Middleton Rd. Continue along, turning right at the roundabout onto Adelaide Crescent. Pass Eyre Park and entry to the villa is on the left just before 'Hooked' fish and chips.
