Description

The property is designed to have easy access to the expansive timber deck running the length of the property. The large sliding doors lead out on to the alfresco area complete with in-built BBQ and range-hood. Soak in the picturesque views while watching the kids play on the large lawn area. This really is a hidden gem of pure relaxation!

Specifically designed for the perfect family layout, Lake View has two sleeping wings with 3 Queen bedrooms and 1x King room all boasting their own en-suite. Each bedroom also has the luxury of ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and sliding doors leading out to the timber deck. What a way to start the morning! The 5th bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed is serviced by a bathroom and separate WC.

Located just a 5 minute drive to Dunsborough and the infamous local coastline we are lucky to have, this property is in the ideal location for the whole family to experience the South West.

Lake View is sure to tick all boxes when it comes to the perfect family getaway, with an abundance of memories to be made!

Please be aware, there is an unfenced water hazard at this property.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Great Place to Stay
Stayed here with my family (4 andults annd 3 teenagers) and had a great time. Good bedroom and bathroom layout meant there was room for everyone. Kitchen, dining and living very spacious for dinner, drinks and movie nights. Log fire was also a winner for those winter nights.

Balcony has beautiful views and was a great spot for an afternoon glass of wine.

Great post-wedding stay with friends
The house was perfect for our 4-couple stay, it's so nice for everyone to have their own en-suite, which can be hard to find! Location was great, close to the town centre, beach and restaurants. Huge kitchen which was well stocked with appliances so we had everything we needed to cook a roast one night, and a BBQ the next. We had a small issue with some appliances not working and when I called management, they sent someone out that same day to fix the issue. Great customer service!

Great Location and views
We have stayed in this property with friends on two occasions and love that we each have so much privacy with each room having an ensuite. The shared living spaces are large and open with spectacular views, which really allows you to relax in the space. It is also in close proximity to everything, making it really convenient if you need to pop out to get anything. We will definitely be back.
