Delightfully large, stylishly finished with beautiful bushland views from every window, there really is a lot to love about this home. Sitting on the back deck, overlooking the sprawling bush and native wildlife, it is hard to believe that you are just minutes away from the pristine Kilcarnup beach, Margaret River town, and some of the regions best wineries and restaurants.
This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is an architectural inspiration, boasting rammed earth walls, polished concrete floors, and an impressive pitched ceiling in the main living and dining area. A large stone fireplace, separate theatre room, secluded master suite, and a huge open-plan living space with adjoining outdoor alfresco overlooking the established gardens, are just a few of the many highlights of this property.
A grand master suite (king bed) + ensuite is separated from the other three large bedrooms, providing privacy and seclusion with glorious bush views. The three additional bedrooms (2 x queen, 1 x king) are light and bright, generously sized, and all with built in robes.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
