Overview
Downstairs is a Fully self-contained house with a large open plan living (TV, DVD player, video recorder,stereo, books), 3 bedrooms, 1st bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd has double bed and 1 single, 3rd bedroom has three singles. Two sofa beds in the living area.
Sleeps up to 16 people. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Also air-conditioned and sweep fans. Tile fire and oil heaters.
Upstairs is a separate 1 bedroom self contained apartment which sleeps 4,
Has bathroom, separate toilet,
Fully equipped kitchen,
Lounge with flat screen TV & DVD, double sofa bed.
Bedroom with queen size bed.
Ideal for couples or small family.
This apartment overlooks a large lake with a waterfall, 2 balconies with an outdoor setting and a BBQ downstairs.
Has air-conditioning and sweep fans.
Downstairs and Upstairs can be booked together for large family/group.
Has adjoining internal door.
Extra charge if upstairs is included with downstairs.
For those who enjoy a physical outlet there is :

and we are just minutes from town and beaches.
Suitable for families and group stays.
Friendly dogs welcome by prior arrangement - charges apply.
Our garden and lake are also available for your special events such as wedding ceremonies. Our venue is free if Lacabane Retreat is accommodated.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Proof of vaccination will be appreciated.
If cancelled more than 2 weeks no cancellation fee; less than 2 weeks the cancellation fee is one night.
If you need to cancel due to covid lockdown or travel/border restrictions please let us know as soon as possible and you will get a full refund.
Please note there are 2 lakes on the property young children will have to be supervised.
We have a very strict noise policy no loud noises or parties are allowed.
We provide one verbal warning any further action required and you willl be asked to leave with no refund.

79 Downes Street, Esperance WA 6450 Australia
From the Post Office, follow Andrew street away from the foreshore (going uphill). Andrew street becomes Pink Lake Road, keep driving to T Junction, turn right then a straight left, cross the railway line, keep following Pink Lake Road, when you see the cemetery on the right hand side you will then see Downes street on the left hand side. Turn left into Downes street and follow Downes street, drive through the intersection over Cherry Well Road, you will see a no through road sign and just after that we are the next drive on the right. (there's a sign at the entrance of the driveway that says "LaCabane Retreat"). Drive all the way to the end of the driveway (to the back of the property) and you have arrived at La Cabane.
